Terms of use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. The deal

These terms apply to the Memet app and memet.app, made by Digispark S.r.l., Italy. By using Memet you accept them. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian must agree too.

2. What Memet is, and is not

Memet is for fun and self-reflection. Its tests are based on published personality research, but the results are not a psychological or medical assessment and are no substitute for professional help. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a local helpline.

3. Memet Plus and credits

Memet Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. It renews until you cancel it in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Credits unlock single reports. They do not expire and cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds follow Apple’s policies and your statutory rights.

4. Friends and links

Compare and vote links are meant for people you know. Votes use closed lists only. Do not use Memet to pressure, harass or embarrass anyone.

5. Our content

The Memmies, texts, illustrations and software belong to Digispark S.r.l. You may share your own cards and results; you may not copy or resell the app or its content.

6. Liability

We work to keep Memet available and correct but cannot promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

7. Ending

You can stop using Memet and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Questions: [email protected].
